Problems Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging into you TGJ Account, here are a few things to try first.

Nothing happens when I login. I just get redirected to the homepage.

  1. If this happens, clear your cookies in your browser and try to login again.
  2. If the above step does not work, and you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that The Good Jobs is listed as a "Trusted Site" in your security settings. Please follow the following steps:
    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. Open Tools from menu bar or "gear" icon in upper right hand corner.
    3. Select "Internet Options".
    4. Select "Security" tab.

    5. Select "Trusted Sites" (accompanied by green checkmark).
    6. Click "Sites".
    7. If not already present, enter and click Add.

    8. Click Close.
    9. Click OK.
    10. Try to login again.
