The Panaro Group is so very thankful for the blessings received personally and professionally from clients throughout the year. The Group provides at least a living wage for all of their employees ($8.00-14.00 per hour according to the US Living Wage Guide).

The Panaro Group has a published process for employees to ask questions, give feedback or complain without negative consequences and there is an informal program to submit suggestions and innovations.

Regarding The Panaro Group's philanthropy and volunteerism:

  • 1-10% of their profits are designated for donation to charities
  • Employees are encouraged to volunteer outside of scheduled work hours

    • The Panaro Group LLC donates a nominal amount to a charity of our clients' choice in their name. 
    • Annually a family in need is sponsored, with wrapped gifts from Santa for the entire family.

Flextime

The following non-traditional work arrangements are available to employees at The Panaro Group:

  • Project only work assignments (defined beginning and end time/goals)
  • Temporary work assignments
  • Paid internships

The Panaro Group offers the following scheduling options to hourly (non-salaried) employees:

  • Choose beginning and end hours (9am - 5pm vs. 8am - 4pm)
  • Choose the number of hours in a day (5 8-hour days vs. 4 10-hour days)
  • Decide which shift they work
  • Choose when to take breaks for meals
  • Take time off during the workday to attend to important personal or family needs
  • Work a reduced schedule during a certain time of year - on a case-by-case basis
  • Job share (two part-time employees work one full-time position) - on a case-by-case basis
  • Change from full-time to part-time without losing position or level
  • Work a guaranteed number of hours a week

The following scheduling options are available to salaried employees:

  • Choose the beginning and end hours (9am - 5pm vs. 8am - 4pm)
  • Choose the number of hours in a day (5 8-hour days vs. 4 10-hour days)
  • Work a reduced schedule during a certain time of the year
  • Work from home occasionally 

Hourly employees are aware of their schedule 1-2 weeks in advance and are aware of overtime 2-6 days in advance.

The following scheduling options are available to salaried employees on a case-by-case basis:

  • Job share (two part-time employees work one full-time position)
  • Change from full-time to part-time without losing level or position
  • Work from home regularly
  • Resources are provided to remote employees
  • Work from an alternative location to accommodate a family need
  • Decide how many hours they work in a week

The Panaro Group offers the following technologies to facilitate flexibility in the workplace:

  • Video conferencing

The following paid time-off (PTO) options are available for employees:

  • Take an extended career break for care giving - on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused vacation time can be carried over to future years - on a case-by-case basis
  • Bereavement time off for the passing of a family member
  • Bereavement time off for the passing of a pet - on a case-by-case basis
  • Time off during the workday to attend to important family needs
  • Take a sabbatical after a certain level of longevity - on a case-by-case basis
  • Return to work gradually after childbirth or adoption
