Talution Group is a staffing firm focusing on the recruitment and placement of consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire engagements.  Founded in 2009 and located in Chicago, IL, Talution Group serves clients nationwide in a variety of industries including Technology, Consulting and Finance.

All of Talution Group’s clients work directly with one contact for a boutique style relationship. Our experienced recruiters are experts in recognizing elite talent in many markets. In addition to providing fully qualified candidates, Talution Group offers customized background and drug screenings. Talution Group keeps consultants happy, and our low attrition rate keeps clients coming back for all their staffing needs.

Extreme Perks

All employees, who are eligible for insurance benefits, become eligible on DAY ONE! AND Talution Group pays 75% of the individual health insurance plan and 50% of the family health insurance plan for corporate full-time employees that are eligible to receive this benefit.

Talution Group offers a 401(k) plan with the potential for profit sharing for full-time employees on the first of the month following date of hire and the choice of four (4) health insurance options to employees who are eligible to receive benefits.

Flextime

  • A note from Talution Group: Since many of our employees use public transportation, when weather issues arise, employees have the flexibility to work from home as needed. All employees have the flexibility and ease to work remote outside of standard work hours as needed.
