Since 2007, HarQen, has been helping Fortune 100 and Mid-Market clients align and accelerate their recruitment processes to deliver the business outcomes that matter to them. And, we have had a lot of fun doing it.

Our Philosophy

We don’t give our clients a login and wish them good luck.

We believe technology must play a key role in optimizing your recruitment process, but it cannot stand alone. It must be tied to key business outcomes and supported with change management and workflow installation. Before implement any of our solutions, we will conduct a Current State/Future State review with our clients. We want to ensure we clearly understand the outcomes that matter and how we can make a direct impact on our clients' ability to achieve those outcomes.
