Our Philosophy

Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS) is an application development consulting firm. We pride ourselves on the ability to reliably deliver excellent project work with fix bid pricing, a confidence rarely found in our industry. Many long-term CTS clients also choose to draw upon our capability at hourly rates to augment their staff.

Clients prefer CTS because we are programmers with a difference. Each key staff member can also deliver the other necessary software development skills needed for system-wide success. Clients can trust our ability to design a system, gather requirements, document business processes, crank out usable code, and test. Each programmer's ability to provide "the full package" ... with minimal management oversight ... allows the CTS leadership team to focus on mentoring and client collaboration.

Career Development

Corporate Technology Solutions' budget includes a line item for employee training and development.

The training and development program curriculum is aligned with the company's goals.

Career planning is performed on a semi-annual basis with the purpose to understand individual goals and their alignment with CTS goals. Through this process, the employee and CTS are focused on developing a career plan that is intended to direct the projects, training and responsibilities of the employee.

The training and development program purpose:  to foster intellectual skill growth for the benefit of both the employee and the company.

Salaried employee groups are offered training and development.

Corporate Technology Solutions measures the effectiveness of training investment by individual through semi-annual review meetings to track progress towards goals.
