When most people think of the term “company culture,” they think of free happy hours, games in the office, bean bag chairs, etc. The list goes on and on. The truth is, a strong company culture is much more than that.

Before you begin the hiring process, you need a firm understanding of what your particular business culture really is.
Once you have this established, make sure you update your career page, explain what it means to you and what it is to your candidates. Then, ask “What part of our culture interests you the most?” and you can base your decisions off of their answers.
