Today, Gaco Western coatings and spray foam insulation cover millions of square feet of commercial and residential buildings. We have earned a reputation and trust in the construction industry as a producer of top-quality waterproof coatings and insulation products.

The company’s home office is located in Seattle, Washington and all products are proudly Made in the USA at the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing, research and development facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Gaco Western Celebrates groundbreaking on 85,000 sq. ft. Expansion

November 2, 2012

Gaco Western, a technology leader in waterproofing and insulation products, celebrated the company's new 85,000 sq. ft. expansion with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, October 31, at their facility located at 1245 Chapman Drive in Waukesha. City of Waukesha Mayor Jeff Scrima commented, "The Waukesha family is delighted that Gaco Western is adding to the momentum of innovation and growth in our community."



GacoFireStop receives IAPMO Certification 

August 18, 2011

Gaco Western, a leader in innovative spray foam insulation, is pleased to announce a new evaluation report on GacoFireStop. Gaco Western's GacoFireStop 5500 passed the industry Appendix X flammability test for the second time last month. Now IAPMO Evaluation Service has issued IAPMO ES Evaluation Report Number 0233 certifying  that GacoFireStop meets and exceeds the building code prescriptive and performance requirements based on third party laboratory testing. Building code officials and contractors can have confidence in the Evaluation Report (ESR) released today and available on the Gaco Western website: Gaco Wall Foam. The report confirms that GacoFireStop can be installed in attics and crawl spaces without the use of an additional ignition barrier.
