Extreme Perks

Ansay & Associates employees who are eligible for health insurance benefits can participate on the first of the month following the completion of 30 days of employment and the company pays a favorable percentage of premiums for both employee and family benefits.

 Full-time employees are offered a partial match to their 401(k) pension:

  • Employees are automatically enrolled into the 401K the first of the month following 30 days of employment
  • Ansay matches 30% up to 10% of employee contributions
  • Part-time employees who are over 21 years of age are available for 401k after 1000 hours

Four health insurance options are available for employees who are eligible receive this benefit. There are 2 structured health plans with four options available

In addition to health insurance, the following benefits are available to full-time employees first of the month after 30 days of employment with Ansay & Associates:

Ansay & Associates offers the following non-traditional work arrangements for their employees:

The following scheduling options are available to hourly employees:

  • Choose when they take their breaks
  • Choose when to take regular / meal breaks
  • Take time off during the workday to attend to important family or personal needs without loosing pay
  • Work a guaranteed minimum number of hours per week
  • Choose beginning and end hours (5 8-hour days)
  • On average, hourly employees know their regular work schedule 4 weeks or more in advance

Regarding overtime hours:

  • Overtime for hourly employees is rare and if needed is anticipated. Busy time is usually July, December and January
  • Hourly employees know that they will need to work overtime at least 1-2 weeks in advance 

The following scheduling options are available to salaried employees on a case-by-case basis:

  • Flexible beginning and end hours (7am-5pm)
  • Choose the number of hours in a day (5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour days)
  • Work from home occasionally
  • Work from an alternative location to accommodate a family need

The following technologies are offered to eligible employees to facilitate flexibility in the workplace:

  • Video conferencing
  • Remote access to organizational computer system
  • Company provided laptops / tablets

Ansay & Associates offers the following paid time-off (PTO) options for employees:

  • Use of PTO for personal time or ill dependents
  • Roll over unused PTO time to the next year and must be used in that year
  • Take an extended career break for care giving or other family responsibilities
  • Bereavement time off for the passing of their family member or partner
  • Time off during the workday to attend to important family or personal needs

With regard to time off for volunteering:

  • Employees are encouraged to volunteer outside scheduled work hours and can take unpaid time off
  • Employees have the ability to be paid up to 32 hours per year to volunteer during their workday
    • These hours can also be used to volunteer at an employees’ child’s school
